Brewer's Test Kitchen: Dry-Hopped Pineapple Ginger Sour

FROM THE BREWERS: The goal was a fun, easy drinking sour, inspired by fruits we’ve played with before. We wanted a cocktail-in-a-can, built around all the flavors we love in beer.
TASTING NOTES: A light straw color with haze from the juice and heavy wheat in the grain, topped with a thick white head. Ginger and pineapple juices open up to the fruity hops of Galaxy and Sabro. A pleasant sourness that plays up the tropical, cocktail spirit of the beer.
STYLE NOTES: This is a sour, with the fruity elements reinforced with the dry hop and then additions of real ginger and pineapple. Altogether, this is the perfect fruity sour to crack after the first t-shirt day on the mountain.
