Maibock

This copper-hued beer is topped by a slightly off-white head. The aroma is a blast of warm malt notes including biscuit, toasted bread and caramelized sugar. Spicy noble hop notes dance around the malt aromas. Big malt flavor of light caramel, cereal and toasted bread. Not to be outdone, the hops pop back up with an assertive herbal/licorice character and assertive bitterness. The finish is a dry interplay of caramel malt sweetness and bitterness.
