Pollo a la Cerveza



  • Chicken breast
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 half bottle Left Hand Haystack Wheat
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 pinch oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup


Fry the chicken breast in one frying pan with butter. In a separate frying pan, mix butter, chopped up onions, crushed garlic, pepper and salt with a spoon for 7 minutes. After 7 minutes, put the chopped up tomatoes, cinnamon, cloves, oregano leaves and chicken breast and let boil for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add the Haystack Wheat and let boil for an additional 15 minutes. Add sugar and ketchup, and let boil for an additional 3 minutes. Serve with a pint of Haystack Wheat!
