After Hour Music Event featuring Super Collider

Join us as Left Hand Brewing continues our intimate After Hour Music Series on Saturday, March 19th (9PM-11:30PM) featuring Super Collider. Super Collider is self-described as,

“A musical collective, comprised of Godzilla villains, monkey trainers, and Erector set enthusiasts. They enjoy making bleeps and blips on antiquated electronic instruments, which humans call MUSIC. Dock Ellis pitches a no-hitter twisted on LSD; SUPERCOLLIDER is blistering through “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” in the seventh inning stretch… The penultimate scene in the 1970’s blockbuster action-thriller, wherein Gene Hackman thwarts a twisted rogue KGB agent’s attempt to nuke the Super Bowl? SUPERCOLLIDER is there, playing appropriately suspenseful 1970’s blockbuster action-thriller music, for union scale. Sun Ra takes the cast of the Brady Bunch to have a disco picnic, and SUPERCOLLIDER is set up in the community bandshell, playing Van Halen’s “Diver Down”, in its entirety. Backwards. Rock steady, and get your blocks ready.”

J. Gray, Devon Parker – vox
Jon Stewart – bendy jazz horn
Greg Harris – keyboardz
Matt Fuller – 6 stringz
John Grigsby – 4 stringz
Zack Littlefield – hits stuff

But, if you ask us, we’d say this soulful R&B band is one of the most talented groups we’ve hosted and this will be one After Hour event you won’t want to miss!
