Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tuna Steaks
  • Salad:
  • Mixed greens
  • Feta cheese
  • Mandarin oranges (small can - reserve 1/4 cup syrup)
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup of reserved light syrup from mandarin oranges
  • 1/8 cup of canola oil
  • 1 1/2 tbl rice wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Season tuna with salt & pepper, both sides. Dredge each side in sesame seeds. Place in pre-heated hot frying pan. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes until medium rare. Slice tuna at a bias, against grain Enjoy with a pint of Good Juju!
