Pacific NW Sales Position:

Left Hand Brewing Company is searching for a brewery sales representative who will cover Alaska, Washington, and British Columbia (Canada) and will be based in Seattle. The focus of this position is to increase Left Hand Brewery’s sales by building strong relationships with key accounts and to promote and foster brand loyalty and development through marketing events for the beer drinking public. 80% of your time spent is in the marketplace.

Requirements or Preferred Experience:

  • Sales experience in the adult beverage world. Sales/distribution
  • Collaborates well with others in the industry – On/Off Premise as well as our distributor partners.

General Responsibilities:

Brewery Education

  • Be the Left Hand Champion in all marketplaces, having a firm understanding of, and be able to explain in detail, the company’s history, community involvement, beer portfolio and short- and long-term vision.
  • Explain the long-term growth and profit potential of the craft beer industry, specifically Left Hand.
  • Disseminate information to accounts about upcoming beer launches, seasonal releases, brewery initiatives, Point-of-Sale, etc.

Organizational

  • Manage time and priorities in an effective and efficient manner.

  • Manage, update and disseminate market visit reports to each distributor partner as requested.

Distributor Partners

  • Gain an intimate and working knowledge of each distributor partner’s organization, including an open relationship with all members of the management and sales teams.
  • Complete working knowledge of all distributor partner pricing, including different deal levels and special incentives.
  • Provide distributor partners with sales literature, technical assistance and sales training as needed.
  • Assist all distributor partners in promoting sales of the products, and helping build consumer acceptance of the products.

Left Hand Brewing Company is growing and we are searching for a sales representative based in Atlanta, GA. The focus of this position is to increase the availability, visibility, velocity, and volume of Left Hand Brewing Company (LHBC) by executing direct sales calls on retail accounts and educating distributor sales teams and the beer drinking public.  80% of your time (4 out of every 5 days each week) should be spent with accounts, distributors, or consumers.

Las Vegas Street Level Sales Position:

Left Hand Brewing Company is looking for an outstanding candidate to join our rapidly growing market in Las Vegas, NV. The qualified candidate will be instrumental in building sales and education in the assigned territory through account promotional activity, festivals and key events. This is an entry level sales position.

Requirements or Preferred Experience:

  • A passion for craft beer
  • An understanding of brewing and beer styles is strongly preferred as well as a desire to learn more.
  • Familiar with draft system dynamics and ability to troubleshoot is preferred.
  • These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the Local sales & promos representative job. Sales

Packaging Technician:

Left Hand Brewing Company is looking for an outstanding candidate to join our rapidly growing brewery in Longmont, Colorado, located in the heart of the foothills and gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park.

JOB ROLE:

We are looking to fill a full-time packaging position immediately.  Left Hand has a great work environment for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual.  Experience in a production brewery or sanitary packaging preferred.  Mechanical ability and experience in a production environment a plus.  Flexibility in schedule is a must as ‘beer waits for no one’.  We are looking for someone who adheres to and advances the “Safety Always” culture of Left Hand Brewery.

Quality Team Lab Technician:

Left Hand Brewing Company is looking for an outstanding candidate to join our rapidly growing brewery in Longmont, CO., located in the heart of the foothills and gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. We are seeking a hardworking, highly motivated, quality driven, and passionate Lab Technician to join our brewing team. Candidate must love beer and see themselves with a career in the brewing industry.

Requirements or Preferred Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Microbiology preferred and an understanding of statistics.
  • Brewing experience is a plus. A basic understanding of the brewing process, aseptic techniques, and yeast handling.

General Responsibilities:

QC/QC Lab Operations

  • Produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigations.
  • Monitor and report any changes in product specifications.
  • Carry out lab procedures reliably, according the standard operating procedures.
  • Record and interpret test results to present to senior staff members.
  • Maintain files on all raw materials and report any anomalies to Director of Brewing Operations.
  • Create control charts to allow for processes to be monitored
  • Calibrate and maintain instruments and measurement devices as they relate to QA/QC
