Ales4Females feat. Allison Martz

In September we will have the pleasure of learning from Allison Martz. Allison, Left Hand Brewing’s engineering Project Manager, found her passion for craft beer and sustainability as a mechanical engineering student at Colorado State University. Her work at Left Hand centers at the crossroads of seeing industrial projects to their completion, the resulting excellence in beer quality and enjoyment, and the ever-growing challenge of ensuring progressive sustainability throughout the process. For our September A4F, Allison will be giving a behind-the-scenes look into projects such as the pilot system and new canning line, and how Left Hand has become one of the greenest breweries in the state. Come join us as Allison discusses the role of engineering in an ever-changing industry, her part in providing the best beers possible to our customers, and a glimpse into progressive sustainability within craft beer.

All of the beers for this month will be from our Pilot Brewery. They are: Kellarbier, Prickly Pear Cream Ale, & Black Saison

Food provided by Georgia Boys: Turkey Slider, Mac N Cheese, and Bread Pudding
